Learning Ayurveda's core principles will align you with nature - increasing your health, happiness, and sense of purpose.

You will identify your Ayurvedic constitution – unique mind/body makeup – and the current state of imbalances. You will learn to identify how you got out of balance and how to get yourself back on track.

We will begin our studies under the Full Moon in Gemini, activating the Goddess star, a force that can move anything in its path with love and strength. A place in the sky that invokes profound nurturing and deep love.

This is about the integration of our wild and calm selves. The body is our chariot, which drives us as much as we drive it. Ayurveda wisdom is your opportunity to keep a firm hand on the reins.

Understanding your intense, hidden drives and directing them well can powerfully lead you down your path.

Our studies together will end on the Full Moon in Aries. Possessed by the Ashvini Kumaras, handsome twin brothers – healers to the gods. The first to learn Ayurveda - a science based on nature's Truth and the intelligence within.
